Portfolio Management Services
14. In what form will I receive the assets in the case of maturity?
After the maturity of the portfolio, the client can either take back their shares after the payment of necessary fees if applicable or can ask the Portfolio Manager to liquidate their shareholding.
15. What do you mean by changing signatory?
As mentioned earlier, the assets will be purchased in clients’ name. However, the Portfolio Manager will remain the signatory on their behalf for the contract period. Apparently, this is done to eliminate the daily hassles of signing documents for various purposes.
16. Can I initiate PMS in the name of my family members?
Yes the portfolios can be created in the name of the family members. However we will be creating separate bank accounts in each individual’s name.
17. Can I open multiple PMS accounts?
An investor can have multiple portfolio accounts with the Portfolio Manager. However, each PMS account will be separately categorized accounted and will have no interlink with the other account.
18. What if I exit before the contract period?
There is an exit load of 1% that will be levied to the client, if s/he wishes to withdraw within one year of signing the Portfolio Management Agreement. Exit load will be calculated on basis of the client’s NAV on the day the client informs the Portfolio Manager of his/her desire to exit.
